The Challenge

Dr. Juan Peña Lares is a Facial and Maxillofacial Surgeon recognized in the circle of surgeons, professor and leading consultant among clinicians and academics, certified by the National Board of Surgery.
Which leads us to project a personal brand that conveys all these concepts, but generating confidence in patients and see in Dr. a friend who is totally willing to give his best to help you and make the patient feel comfortable to achieve the best possible result in each procedure.

Concept and brand

To give identity as a personal brand, we took as a typographic reference Dr. Dr.’s signature, taking elements to enrich the typography from design patterns obtained from the market research. Similar isotypes with faces or silhouettes were identified, so we chose to abstract this part in the rounded isotype, giving prominence to Dr. Dr.’s initials.

Regarding the chromatic palette, in the analysis we identified that a palette of cold colors was used mostly, so we opted for a warm color palette that presents a friendly and emotional atmosphere between the Dr. and his patients, in addition to using a palette that sets a difference in the industry full of cold tones.

According to Juan Peña’s brand identity and online reputation, we designed pieces that would help to show his professionalism, commitment and experience. We made a research according to the patients of what attracted their attention in a surgeon and thus take it for our creative process and capture it in the pieces we made.
